The hotel exceeded all expectations. A Passover Seder was held with a cantor. Family tables as they requested. The room service and reception staff immediately answered every request. The food is very tasty and abundant

That there be sufficient bread on the Sabbath and that they did not have to send the maintenance man to buy bread on Shabbat. Too bad in the end we did not eat because of that

In the hallway there was a loud noise of children, even though we woke up at the reception desk and even asked to change a room we did not answer

The service at the hotel is better than others Overall nice, courteous, little problem The employees' reactions to customers at night are sharp, 2. Room reservation is 2 children, slightly missing variety in the diner of the dining room, but at the end of the total experience was another nice night to stroll

In general, we enjoyed it. The windows in the rooms are very dirty. And it's a pity that the view is amazing. It's a pity there is no pool in the hotel.

The staff attitude was wonderful. While we were staying at the hotel, the hotel was almost empty, so the dining room was rather meager.

There is room to replace the mattresses hard my hands all the hotel has no parking, no regard for Children corner having a ball, etc. However, the staff was facing the way and tried hard.

Staff are very courteous and does everything possible to provide a good experience. The hotel's location is very poor, expensive parking and the building itself looks very tacky

The main problem of his Hmlonhmikom, although that is high and the view is amazing, but the neighborhood a bit scary ... rooms are clean but a little cramped We were a couple 1.tzoot generous, every request was handled immediately. The food was really good and tasty.

Good food and beautiful rooms. Too bad the garage under the building which sits a man who wishes to charge for parking during the holidays and weekends when in fact this time the parking is free.

Hotel great shame only engine we watch on TV and extinguished it because one member of a religious place they will go to their room so couples were needs to leave the lobby because the receptionist concern extinguisher and darkening the screen pity it is not at posted it to the religious community if it is that is should know Zoat .

Overall hotel gives great value. Not fancy but pleasant. Maintenance level is not high rooms, elevators slow and inefficient, we have 14 flights of stairs after we gave up waiting for the elevator, the curtains in the rooms do not prevent the entry of light in the morning.
